Project overview
Several new two to three-story multi-family apartment buildings including 122 affordable housing units and totaling 133,000-sf, and two new commercial mixed-use buildings totaling 17,000-sf. This redevelopment project for Home Forward was in part funded by the Federal HUD Hope VI grant and features two community buildings including an early childhood education center.
