Project overview
A redevelopment project for Home Forward consisting of a four-story mixed-use building, along with seven two- to three-story residential apartment buildings designed to promote community interaction. The mixed-use structure is 30,000-sf and the residential apartment structures consist of four different building types with a total of 73,000-sf. This revitalization project has achieved LEED Gold certification and won a City of Portland's BEST Award for Green Building.
