A 54,000-sf five-story wood-framed mixed-use development by REACH Community Development Corporation, Tri-Met, and PDC. This redevelopment project consists of mixed-use space at the ground floor with apartments on the upper four levels. The tenants of the original Crown Motel building were temporarily relocated during the new development’s construction.
