Wilsonville Senior Housing (Creekside Woods)
Project overview
A four-story, 73,500-sf senior housing apartment complex developed by Northwest Housing Alternatives. The structure is wood-framed founded on conventional concrete spread footings. A pedestrian bridge connecting the south building of the Creekside Woods development to the existing community center was also included in the scope of work.
