Project overview
A new mixed-use development located on the north side of SE Foster Road between SE 91st and SE 92nd Avenue. The mixed-use development consists of ground floor retail and a mix of market rate and affordable apartments on the upper three stories. The structure consists of concrete walls, concrete columns and a post tension concrete lid for the first floor, and conventional wood framing for the upper three levels.
