Interstate Maintenance Facility - Portland Water Bureau

A new two-story administration building, a new one-story warehouse, the foundation for a one-story heated vehicle storage building and two-story site stair, renovation of an existing two-story office building and a second story pedestrian bridge between the seismically isolated existing office building and the new administration building. The new warehouse and the existing office building were designed to meet the requirements for essential facilities per the OSSC. The project was completed in 2015.
