Project overview
A 22,000-sf addition to the existing community center for Portland Parks & Recreation. The $8.2 million addition consisted of a new 4,500-sf leisure pool, a whirlpool spa, pool office and lifeguard room, and pool mechanical room and storage. This project resulted in one of the nation’s first LEED Platinum natatoriums achieving exemplary performance in day-lighting and energy efficiency.
