Bull Run Supply Treatment Plant

Bull Run Supply Treatment project (BRST) for the Portland Water Bureau located at the Headworks site. The project was to include (3) new building structures: a 16,000-sf UV Process Bldg, a 16,000-sf Chlorine Bldg and a 5,000-sf Operations Bldg. ABHT also provided support for site retaining walls and site structures which included a 30-ft high Outfall concrete structure, and a generator pad with a steel framed screenwall, and a below grade concrete vault. This project was completed through Construction Documents.
